Wilkinsons Pharmacy was purchased on Sept. 1ST, 1993 by Carthage Pharmacy Services, Inc. from Jerry Wilkinson. Prior to Jerry Wilkinson's ownership of Wilkinson's Pharmacy, Don Davidson was the previous owner-Pharmacist at this same location. Since 1939 there has always been an independent retail pharmacy at this location. There was also a drive thru-window at this location since 1939.

In early 2003, Wilkinson Pharmacy added more square footage to their current location for this expansion has allowed more personal services such as Disease State Management, Nursing Home Services, larger inventory and the addition of a automated prescription counting device.
